We are currently looking for experienced complaints handlers to join our client in Barton-upon-Humber. Applicants must have previous complaint handling experience.
Job Overview
Your role as a Resolutions Advisor will be to take ownership of a portfolio of complaints and compensation claims, investigating, resolving and responding to all issues raised by customers and third parties.

* Job Title: Complaint and Resolutions Handler
* Location: Barton-upon-Humber, Lincolnshire
* Salary: £26,156 per annum + £750 quarterly bonus (dependent on targets)
* Hours: Monday to Friday 8:55am to 5:30pm (40 hours per week)
* Contract: Permanent, Full Time, Office based
* Closes: Jan 15th 2026

Key Responsibilities
* Owning and proactively resolving customer and third-party complaints and compensation claims
* Looking after 35 to 45 customers at one time
* Following company policies
* Ensuring fair treatment of customers at all times
* Completing thorough and objective investigations
* Assisting stores with related queries or concerns
Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills
* Previous Complaints and Resolution experience
* Knowledge of ADR and Section 75
* Ability to take ownership of customer queries and maintain confidentiality
* Excellent IT Literacy
* Flexibility with working hours and overtime, including weekends and evenings when required
