Job Description
3. Manage the collection of outstanding debts from clients in a timely manner.
4. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications with clients.
5. Resolve client queries related to invoices and payments efficiently.
6. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies.
7. Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable and outstanding balances.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
9. Assist in the implementation of process improvements within the credit control function.
10. Support the Accounting & Finance team with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Control professional should have:
11. Previous experience in a credit control or related accounting role within the Business Services industry.
12. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
13. Excellent numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
14. Proficiency in relevant accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
