We’re on the lookout for a detail-oriented and proactive Technology Contract Analyst to join our Technology Management Office team. In this role, you’ll support the Technology Commercial Manager in overseeing and optimising our Level 3 Emerging and Level 4 Tactical technology supplier contracts. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our supplier relationships are well-managed and aligned with Virgin Atlantic’s strategic goals. From maintaining accurate contract records and resolving discrepancies to supporting compliance and commercial objectives, your work will help keep our technology partnerships running smoothly. Day to day Help keep things running smoothly by staying on top of contract compliance, supporting supplier service reviews, and making sure our contract records are always up to date. Play a key role in keeping our supplier finances on track, raising purchase orders, reviewing invoices, managing spend, and making sure our billing records are accurate and up to date. Identify opportunities to get the most value from our supplier relationships to reduce costs without compromising on service and supporting efforts to streamline and simplify our supplier base. Help bring our performance story to life by pulling together and sharing key metrics, managing day-to-day interactions with our service and product providers, and stepping in as a go-to contact when service delivery needs extra support. Work closely with our suppliers to support internal audits, coordinating the commercial details and making sure everything runs smoothly when it comes to our technology services. About you We’re looking for someone who has hands-on experience with commercial contracts, ideally through a role in contracts, procurement, or a commercial team. We’d also love for you to demonstrate the following: Demonstrated experience managing smaller contracts or supporting the delivery of larger contract management processes. Confident in negotiating with suppliers or partners, always looking for ways to strike the right balance between value and cost. Understanding of how different teams like procurement, contract management, and commercial work together to deliver great outcomes. Proven ability to explain how technical and commercial decisions connect, and you’re comfortable sharing that with stakeholders who may not have a technical background. You’re a strong communicator who can flex your style to suit different people, whether you’re working with suppliers, internal teams, or senior stakeholders. Experience in the airline industry is desirable, but it’s not essential. We welcome fresh perspectives from all sectors. If you’ve worked in IT or a technical environment before, that’s a bonus, but we’re more interested in your willingness to learn and collaborate with technical teams.
