Eaching Personnel is seeking flexible and experienced General Cover Teachers to provide cover in SEN and SEMH provisions across local schools, starting in September 2025.
About the Role:
* Deliver planned lessons and manage classrooms for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs
* Provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment tailored to individual needs
* Implement behaviour management strategies appropriate for SEMH settings
* Adapt quickly to different classes, year groups, and special needs requirements
* Work closely with SENCOs and support staff to ensure continuity of learning and care
Who we’re looking for:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience or interest in working within SEN and SEMH provisions
* Patience, empathy, and strong behaviour management skills
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit diverse needs
* DBS check or willingness to obtain one

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
