2. OTE of approximately £36,000 including bonuses

Duties:
7. Providing exceptional customer service to clients arriving for service appointments
8. Managing the service process from initial booking through to vehicle collection
9. Liaising with technicians and workshop staff to facilitate efficient vehicle servicing
10. Using management systems such as Kerridge, ADP, Keyloop, or similar to log jobs and customer information
11. Upselling any additional services or parts where appropriate to maximise workshop productivity
12. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
13. Supporting the wider team in delivering a seamless service experience
Requirments:
14. Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealer environment
15. Good mechanical understanding to communicate effectively with technicians and customers
16. Knowledge of Kerridge, ADP, Keyloop, or similar management systems is essential
17. IT literate with the ability to manage various computerised systems efficiently
18. Self-motivated with strong organisational and communication skills
19. Keen eye for detail and professionalism in appearance and approach
20. Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team, supporting colleagues where needed
