Executive Support Officer
This is a 12-month fixed-term, part-time contract (21 hours per week). Ideally, we’re looking for someone to work Monday to Wednesday, but we’re open to discussing alternative arrangements.
Interview date - 27th May 2025
You’ll provide effective and confidential support to the Executive Team, Directors, and wider Senior Leadership Team.
What you’ll be doing
* Providing confidential administrative support, including diary management, typing meeting and agenda management.
* Attending meetings, taking accurate notes and minutes, maintaining decision and action monitors, ensuring dispatch and follow-up.
* Carrying out administrative duties like compiling documentation, obtaining signatures, invoice processing via ebis, credit card reconciliations, travel bookings, and expense claims.
* Acting as a key contact for the Executive and Directors, triaging enquiries, escalating issues, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
What you’ll need
* Experience in a corporate support environment, including minute-taking and meeting management.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Ability to work flexibly, accurately, and efficiently under pressure with conflicting deadlines.
* Teamwork and initiative skills.
* High level of tact, diplomacy, and discretion with sensitive information.
