Working for a Global leader within the FMCG industry, We are recruiting for a time served IT support/technician to work on an internal employee app that has been developed but needs to be configured and information loaded onto the system to be able to roll out. Along with this there you will be expected to trouble shoot any issues and resolve with internal departments.
Key duties will include:
1. Upload documents/information/training manuals
2. Creating or obtaining data from the system
3. Installation and configuration of operating systems, applications.
4. Diagnose and resolve user issues.
5. Troubleshoot system and network problems.
6. Produce procedural documentation.
7. Assist in the roll-out of new applications.
Ideal Candidate will possess:
8. Good understanding of It systems similar NourishingU, SAP and any other training data base systems would be an advantage.
9. Confident with management systems and all Microsoft packages
10. Excellent at creating/obtaining data
11. Problem solver
