Job description
As the People & Talent Administrator you will:
1. assist in the delivery of an efficient and effective People & Talent service, providing a range of administration duties and support within the PAT Shared Service Team
2. be the first point of contact for the PAT Team, providing a professional and customer focused service dealing with both internal and external customers whilst building and maintaining effective relationships
3. provide administrative support on key processes including recruitment, onboarding, the employee lifecycle, learning and development and equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI), in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
Person specification
The successful applicant will:
4. have experience of working within an administrative background, having HR, L&D and recruitment experience would be an advantage
5. have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and the ability to present information clearly
6. have good practical experience in using Microsoft office applications
7. be able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative
8. have a can-do attitude to support the changing and challenging needs of the department.
9. have experience of using HR and L&D systems, such as iTrent and Totara or similar systems.
