The Role
We’re seeking a talented Junior Sous Chef/Chef De Partie to join our kitchen at The Lakeside Bistro. Working alongside the Head and Sous Chef, you’ll help lead the team, prepare quality dishes, and maintain high culinary standards.
Key Responsibilities
5. Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard
6. Support senior chefs in daily operations
7. Supervise and train junior team members
8. Maintain food safety, hygiene, and health standards
9. Manage stock rotation and minimise waste
10. Keep kitchen areas clean and organised
About You
11. Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef
12. Knowledgeable in professional cookery, fine dining and 5-star service.
13. Passionate about fresh, seasonal ingredients
14. Strong communication and leadership skills
15. Positive, hands-on attitude
16. Food hygiene certification preferred
