Job Description

MISSIONS:
* Support development of investment thesis, identify risks and conduct business / business model analysis
* Support investment evaluation process which will include financial modelling, investment memos
* Support due diligence efforts to ensure high quality output
* Structure diligence approach, recommend and execute diligence advisors' on-boarding, coordinate for legal document execution
* Understanding of issues and risks identified as part of the investment process
* Market landscape / competitive analysis for the investment
* Identification of trends and potential investment opportunities to build an active pipeline
* Regular and periodic updates on the industry
PROFILE:
* 2-4 years of experience across investment banking / private equity
* Strong academic background
* Strong financial modeling
* Good verbal and written communication skills
