Job Description
* Management of 2 employees (remote), overseeing all aspects of daily transactional accounting
* Monthly preparation of the management accounts in line with our group reporting deadlines
* P&L articulation to the Head of Accounting & Financial Control, detailing variances to budgets and key trends
* Detailed balance sheet and cash flow reviews as part of the monthly reporting cycle
* Monitoring of supplier commercial agreements, ensuring that our trading forecasts remain accurate
* Monitoring of our partner targets and understanding the GP impact in relation to our supplier agreements
* Working with local senior leadership to support business decisions
* Perform ad-hoc analysis as required
* Leading on the audit, working with our external audit team to provide the necessary information in a timely manner
Qualifications
* Qualified accountant with PQE
* Experience working as Finance Manager with AFC background.
* A curious, logical thinker, able to problem solve and use experience to drive continuous improvement
* Excellent attention to detail
* Embraces and drives change
* A clear communicator
