Job Title: Partnerships Account Manager – Hybrid (Leeds)
Salary: £30,000 + annual bonus
Location: Leeds / West Yorkshire – Hybrid (1 day/week in office)

This newly created Partnerships Account Manager role sits within a small but ambitious commercial function, supporting and growing relationships with reseller partners and business collaborators. If you're passionate about building meaningful relationships, coordinating cross-functional support, and contributing to revenue growth — this could be your next opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Partnerships Lead with day-to-day partner management, reporting, and commercial coordination.
* Act as a key contact for established reseller and channel partners, ensuring consistent support and strong communication.
* Contribute to new business development by researching potential partners, preparing outreach materials, and supporting proposal development.
* Assist with partner onboarding — from training coordination to systems access and documentation.
* Work with marketing, product, and sales teams to support joint campaigns and ensure partner success.
* Maintain accurate CRM data and help track key performance metrics and pipeline activity.
About You:
* Experience in a Partnerships, Sales, Account Manager, or similar commercial role.
* Excellent relationship-building and communication skills — both written and verbal.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Commercially aware and eager to support both new and existing partnerships.
* Confident using CRM systems and digital tools to manage partner activity and reporting.
* Based in or around Leeds, with the ability to work in-office one day per week.
