Senior Project Manager – AI Transformation
📍 Cambridge (2 days per week) | 📅 6 Month Contract | 💷 £600–£700 per day (Inside IR35)
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead delivery across a portfolio of AI-focused initiatives within a global technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple AI projects from concept through to production
* Drive initiatives across AI assistants, workflow automation, and agentic AI solutions
* Coordinate workstreams, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment across global teams
* Translate business requirements into structured delivery plans
* Work closely with engineering, data, and platform teams to ensure scalable, governed solutions
* Operate effectively in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve regularly
Required Experience
* Proven track record delivering AI, automation, or data-led programmes in enterprise environments
* Experience with Generative AI, cloud data platforms, and workflow automation tools
* Strong project delivery background across Agile / hybrid methodologies
* Comfortable managing multiple concurrent initiatives and cross-functional teams
* Excellent stakeholder management with both technical and non-technical audiences
* Strong experience with Jira, Confluence, and reporting tools such as Power BI
Desirable
* Experience with agentic AI / multi-step workflow orchestration
* Exposure to AI governance / responsible AI frameworks
* Background in large-scale transformation or enterprise data programmes
