This is an apprenticeship delivered by Robert Bosch Ltd. This position offers the ideal candidate an opportunity to gain experience in both Sales Executive and Service Advisor roles, thus enhancing their skill set for greater versatility. The role aims to: Provide top-tier service to customers by rotating between service and sales teams. Assist in vehicle sales and uphold exemplary front-of-house customer service. Contribute to the dealership's achievement of its NPS target. Specific responsibilities include: Implementing dealership standards and procedures to ensure consistently high service quality. Completing all service and sales duties efficiently and to customer satisfaction. Maintaining a clean and safe workplace, reporting any safety concerns promptly. Continuously developing skills in sales, service, and customer interaction. Participating in training courses as directed by management. Engaging fully in activities designed to complement apprenticeship training. Undertaking any additional tasks as requested by management. Adhering to the company's GDPR Policy when handling data. Attending all mandatory training sessions as specified by the company. Toward the end of the apprenticeship, all candidates will be expected to present a high-level project aimed at improving and addressing business needs. Training This apprenticeship is administered by Robert Bosch Ltd. Upon successful completion, you will attain a Level 3 qualification as a Customer Service Specialist. The program spans a duration of 15-18 months. Training will be conducted remotely through webinars and supplemented by occasional in-person visits to your workplace. Qualifications required GCSE grades 9-4/AC or Functional Skills Level 2 in both Maths and English or equivalent. If you do not have the required grades your application will not be considered. Skills required Listening Communication Basic Writing Telephone IT No other specific skills are required, however an interest in customer service and the automotive industry would be beneficial. Prospects Permanent role upon successful & satisfactory completion of the apprenticeship. Employee car scheme upon qualification and many other staff benefits.
