HRGO Recruitment are seeking a skilled Industrial Sewing Machinist to join our clients leading bespoke textile manufacturing company.
We are looking for experienced Industrial Sewing Machinists as candidates will be working with a range of sewing machines and different fabrics.
Key Responsibilities:
* Producing a variety of fabric products from samples or drawings
* Working individually or alongside a team depending on the size and complexity of orders.
* Producing great quality, accurate work.
* Support the Design and Sales teams with technical input regarding design and timescales.
* Proactively raising potential improvements within the business
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an industrial sewer or in a similar sewing role within a manufacturing environment.
* Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
* Ability to follow detailed instructions and technical drawings.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and production demands.
