Ideally you will: Be RICS or CIOB qualified (although not essential) but HNC would be helpful Based in a commutable distance to Greater Manchester Have 2+ years experience within Building Surveying in a social housing capacity. Responsibilities include: Stock condition assessments General Building Surveying duties Managing your own diary Liaising with the Senior Assets Officer Updating the Asset Management database Writing reportsThe client are also quite flexible on office presence as you will be managing your own diary and therefore on site the majority of the time.
