Warehouse & Logistics Manager

MacGregor Black is partnering with a premium Beverage producer on the search for a Warehouse & Logistics Manager. This is a permanent role and will be based Monday – Friday, on-site in Buckinghamshire.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including goods in, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
* Manage inventory control, stock accuracy, monthly stocktakes, and warehouse data systems
* Oversee shipping and receiving, including quality control of inbound and outbound goods
* Lead, schedule, train, and performance-manage warehouse staff
* Ensure efficient bulk picking, packing, ecommerce order processing, and dispatch
* Stock and support packaging lines with all required materials
* Maintain safe, compliant working practices across health & safety, food safety, fire safety, and facilities
* Monitor productivity and implement continuous improvement initiatives
* Lead or support warehouse optimisation projects and layout improvements
* Support the launch of new distribution channels, international deliveries, and future warehouses or 3PL partners
* Collaborate with wider operations, supporting customer service, purchasing, logistics, and production when required
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience managing warehouse and logistics operations within FMCG, food, or drink
* Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse systems, and operational workflows
* Experience leading teams in fast-paced operational environments
* Forklift and reach truck experience (or willingness to obtain certification)
* High attention to detail with strong data and stock accuracy discipline
* Comfortable working hands-on as well as strategically
