Your role is instrumental in driving organisation and people change aspects of AXA UK’s Marketing transformation. In this 6-month fixed-term contract, you’ll partner with business leaders to design a future-ready, effective transversal marketing organisation. This involves program management and providing business requirements that support the organisation effectiveness. You’ll set‑up marketing communities and review on‑going capabilities.
Key responsibilities
* Work with senior stakeholders to assess organisational effectiveness.
* Lead program management and change management initiatives to aid the adoption of the new operating model, culture and ways of working.
* Partner with People Team to review talent needs, identify skill gaps and create training and development plans to upskill the marketing team for future success.
* Drive the process to set up marketing communities to enhance best practice sharing
* Responsibility for initiatives to embed a customer‑centric, agile and collaborative culture across the marketing function.
* Own internal communication and engagement activities to promote understanding and buy‑in for the transformation initiatives.
Work arrangements
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You’ll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
Your skills & experience
* Proven experience in organisational effectiveness, change management or talent transformation, ideally within marketing or business transformation contexts is required.
* Strong background in or working closely with marketing, with knowledge of marketing functions, roles, and capabilities is essential.
* Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to assess capability gaps and develop actionable plans.
* Experience in leading cultural change initiatives, embedding new ways of working and working on strategic programmes.
* Team development focus.
* Resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments.
