TikTok Live Presenter
M&M Cosmetics Ltd is a long-established beauty company specialising in textured haircare and skincare. Founded in 1973 and now based in Watford, UK, we are home to well-known and trusted brands sold across the UK through wholesalers, retailers, and directly to customers online.
This role will focus on Sofnfree Naturals, our natural haircare brand designed to support healthy curls, coils, and textured hair. We are growing our live commerce presence and looking for confident on camera talent to help bring our products to life through engaging TikTok Live shopping experiences.
Who We’re Looking For
Are you confident on camera? High energy? Obsessed with selling in a way that feels natural, fun and actually converts? We’re looking for a Freelance TikTok Live Presenter to deliver engaging, high impact live sessions for Sofnfree Naturals. This is not a passive hosting role. This is performance, persuasion and personality, all wrapped into live commerce.
Responsibilities
* Live Streaming: Present live shopping sessions on TikTok, showcasing Sofnfree Naturals products with confidence and authenticity
* Audience Engagement: Create a fun, interactive live experience. Respond to comments and questions in real time to build trust, connection, and community
* Product Demonstration: Clearly explain product benefits, routines, and results while encouraging direct to consumer sales
* Sales & Live Commerce: Use strong communication and product knowledge to drive conversions and maximise live sales
* Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to plan live sessions, review performance, and improve future streams
Requirements
* Confident, engaging, and comfortable on camera
* Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with live audiences
* Interest or experience in haircare, beauty, or textured hair is a strong plus
* Prior experience in retail, e commerce, content creation, or live streaming is beneficial but not essential
* Active on social media, particularly TikTok. Creators and live sellers are strongly encouraged to apply
* Reliable, self-motivated, and able to represent the brand professionally
Availability
* Approximately 6 to 8 hours per week
* On site role based in Watford, UK
