Facilities Co-Ordinator

to join our Facilities team at our Store Support Centre in Melton, near North Ferriby. In this role, you'll help ensure our property estate is well-maintained by coordinating effective repair and maintenance services. What You'll Be Doing Assisting Facilities Managers to deliver a broad range of property, mechanical, electrical and refrigeration planned and reactive maintenance / repairs. Assisting Facilities Managers in ensuring the accurate and timely completion of maintenance logs, schedules etc. to comply with Health & Safety legislation and in house policies and procedures. Working with the Facilities Help desk team to support the retail teams in delivering product sales across approx. 340 stores. Day to day management of minor property, mechanical, electrical and refrigeration faults and issue according to job prioritisation, allocation, and co-ordination of sub-contractors. Use the in house CAFM system to allocate jobs to contractors / in house maintenance team. Updating the asset register within the CAFM system to maintain the relevant asset status. Collate and check off invoices and job sheets against work instructions to ensure jobs are resolved within a satisfactory time scale and to agreed costs. Liaise with Store and Area Managers as required to enable job completion and to inform on job status. What We're Looking For Experience of allocating and controlling sub-contractors preferably within a multi-site retail or commercial property environment. Management of reactive & planned works to achieve statutory compliance & in line with company policies. Facilities maintenance background preferred. Day to day management and prioritisation of job requests and workflow to achieve results. Strong communication and organisation skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently to meet deadlines in a

fast-paced, sometimes pressurised environment. A flexible and ‘can do' working style A collaborative team spirit with the ability to work independently when required. What We Offer Salary: £26,389 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8am- 4pm or 9am-5pm) An odd working Saturday may be required. 30 days annual leave (with the option to purchase additional days).
