The Behaviour Mentor role involves delivering targeted 1:1 interventions inside and outside the classroom, helping pupils develop positive behaviour, emotional regulation and engagement in learning. The successful Behaviour Mentor will work closely with teaching and pastoral staff in a calm, consistent, and structured way. Team Teach training is desirable, and applicants must have at least 1 year’s experience working with children in a school setting.
