What You'll Be Doing as Sushi Chef:
* Prepares and presents exquisite sushi with meticulous attention to detail.
* Innovates seasonal menus that blend authenticity with creative flair, complementing Gilpin Spice's Pan-Asian concept.
* Upholds the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation.
* Collaborates with our Executive Head Chef and mentors junior kitchen staff.
