Overview

Data Cleansing Assistant – Maidenhead. 3 Month Ongoing Contract.


Responsibilities

* Check master data records in the Accounts Payable module of the financial system to eliminate duplicate records, ensure records hold the most accurate information on suppliers, close and archive records when they have not been used for a number of years, and for supplier records remaining on the master file, gather missing data such as email addresses and finance contact details.
* Check master data records in the Accounts Receivable module of the financial system to eliminate duplicate records, ensure records hold the most accurate information on customers, close and archive records when they have not been used for a number of years, and for customer records remaining on the master file, gather missing data such as email addresses and finance contact details.
* Check master data records in the General Ledger to archive duplicate/obsolete codes and archive data and codes when they have not been used for a number of years.
* Maintain data accuracy, data security, and support compliance with internal policies and procedures during all data cleansing activities.
* Display high levels of professionalism and customer service in all contact and communication with suppliers, customers, residents, businesses/partners and colleagues whether by email, face-to-face or telephone/Teams calls.
* Contribute to effective collaboration and a positive team culture amongst colleagues in finance and other business areas.

Qualifications

* Experience with cleansing and managing master data in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger modules.
* Ability to identify and remove duplicates, archive obsolete codes, and collect missing supplier and customer data.
* Commitment to data accuracy, data security, and policy compliance.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills with professionalism in all interactions.
