📍Location: East Croydon
🕒Hours: 37.5 | 9.00am - 5.30pm - Hybrid working available depending on role responsibilities with 2 days working from home and 3 days in our stylish, modern and collaborative office close to East Croydon Station.

📅Here's the excitingbit... A day includes:

Protect on shelf store availability on branded Hair, Skin and Personal Care products
Deliver 95% Distribution Centre availability by ordering the right stock in at the right time, pre-empting sales peaks and troughs
Place and control purchase orders with suppliers ensuring stock levels are managed within business budgets, and delivering a smooth flow through the DC network
Launch promotional events with enough stock in store vs sales forecast for a healthy store set up to support the strongest sales possible
Maintain a rolling collaborative demand forecast ensuring our Buying team and supplier contributes to the plan
Ensure each product is set up correctly to allow it to move smoothly from supplier, to warehouse, to store, to customer
Liaise regularly with suppliers to ensure they meet agreed service standards, work through any delivery issues and align on future risks and opportunities
Report as required on availability, stock levels and supplier service levels
Work closely with Buying & Merchandising Teams to land strong promotional, seasonal and new line availability
Assist in driving down the levels of slow moving stock in the business
Plan, track, trade and report branded hair and International Beauty (Skin)
Be the voice of customers and orchestrate the organisation to live the brand purpose and inspire a customer-first culture to build customer love in every touchpoint of our Online and Offline platform


What you'll need to succeed

Ideally a minimum of 3 years experience in Supply Chain or Merchandising role
You will have strong numerical and analytical skills to help deliver first class availability in our Distribution Centres and stores
You will be confident in communicating with internal and external stakeholders, such as our Buying, Merchandising, Store and Warehouse/Distribution teams. Relationship building is a key attribute the candidate must be able to demonstrate

We require confidence with IT as much of the job is spent utilising applications such as Retek. Knowledge of Excel including V-lookups and pivot tables is essential
Previous experience of demand planning, PO and supplier management
Sees every interaction with the customer as an opportunity to delight them and
comfortable using different platforms to communicate with them
Understands customer needs and empowers others to remove any barriers to deliver great service
Uses positive language and behaviours in all interactions with customers and colleagues, building trust and rapport
Always prioritises actions which delight the customer/colleague
Suggests and supports new ideas and ways of working which are designed to improve service
Confidently communicates, challenges and gives feedback to others
Encourages teamwork & collaboration between their own team and others
Recognises the strengths & contribution of various teams, builds on networks to understand priorities of others and how to add value
Seeks feedback and listens to it, takes responsibility to find positive outcomes and solutions
Generating ideas and feeling that they can be shared both within their immediate team and outside of the team
Is confident using data to make tactical decisions
Is knowledgeable about their specialism and has an awareness of their wider market and to support with the current trends in their business area
Actively looks for new ways of working through Ai that would benefit the business and move things forward
Actively developing your ability to use AI effectively and think critically about outputs
