They are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join their team.
Role Overview:
As a Sales Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales and Sales Support teams, ensuring documentation, CRM records and compliance processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent organisation, attention to detail and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities of the Sales Administrator:
* Provide administrative support to Sales and Sales Support teams
* Maintain and audit digital records post-delivery
* Update CRM systems and maintain data accuracy
* Support compliance processes and internal procedures
* Process online documentation and records
* Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries professionally
Requirements of the Sales Administrator:
* Previous experience in a fast-paced administrative role
* Strong IT literacy including Microsoft Office
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to manage multiple tasks within a busy environment
