Regional/Area Nursery Practitioner
Busy Bees is seeking a Regional Nursery Practitioner to provide support across 7 of our beautiful centres in the Essex area. With 24 to 30 hours per week, this flexible role is ideal for experienced practitioners wanting part time hours, students with regular availability, or anyone looking to add consistent hours to their week.
Regional/Area Nursery Practitioner
Busy Bees is seeking a Regional Nursery Practitioner to provide support across 7 of our beautiful centres in the Essex area. With 24 to 30 hours per week, this flexible role is ideal for experienced practitioners wanting part time hours, students with regular availability, or anyone looking to add consistent hours to their week.
You don’t need to be qualified to apply - we welcome applicants with no qualifications, as well as those with a Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare.
Competitive hourly rates range from £12.30 to £13.27, depending on your qualifications, and travel costs are fully reimbursed. You'll gain valuable experience across a variety of settings while being part of a friendly and supportive team.

What To Expect As a Part Time Nursery Practitioner
* Support the delivery of educational activities and engage with children to foster development.
* Assist in maintaining a safe and stimulating learning environment.
* Promote inclusivity and diversity in your care for all children.
* Work with a dedicated team to provide the best learning experiences.
What We’re Looking For
* Ideally you will have proven experience in working with children under 5 and have a genuine in giving them the best start in life.
* Empathy and understanding - every child is unique.
* Good communication and team-working skills.
* Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
