We are currently supporting the launch of a brand-new childrens residential care service near Slough Town Centre, and are seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to lead the home through its initial registration and beyond. This is a unique opportunity to join a values-led provider, delivering high-quality care to children aged 817 with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) and complex needs.
This newly refurbished 4-bed home offers excellent space and facilities to support a therapeutic, child-centred environment. Candidates with Registered Manager experience are encouraged to apply, as well as Assistant or Deputy Managers ready to step into leadership.

Key Requirements:
Experience in a managerial or assistant role within childrens residential care
Strong working knowledge of Ofsted regulations and Childrens Homes Regulations 2015
Proven ability to lead, supervise, and develop high-performing care teams
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or willingness to work towards)
Ability to develop and maintain individualised care plans for children with EBD and associated needs
Confident in liaising with external agencies, professionals, and families
Skilled in quality assurance, safeguarding, and health & safety compliance
Able to support the homes initial registration with Ofsted and lead on service development
