We seek a dedicated, committed, and passionate person to join our essential SEND and Attendance teams.
From October 2025, we are looking for someone who is organised, methodical, and meticulous in administrative support, ideally with experience in Special Education Needs administration and Attendance guidance.
The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in supporting our SEND and Attendance teams to ensure our most vulnerable students are supported.

As outlined in the job and person specification, the successful candidate will:
1. Play a key role in supporting students with SEND by coordinating meetings, paperwork, and parent communications.
2. Work alongside a passionate and experienced team committed to inclusive education.
3. Provide first-class administrative support, including accurate minute-taking, diary management, and data input.
4. Help manage attendance records and follow-up processes to support student engagement and wellbeing.
5. Liaise with families, staff, and external professionals, becoming a trusted and valued point of contact.
6. Contribute to the smooth running of SEND and attendance systems, with opportunities for training and development.
