What you’ll be doing:
* You’ll be joining a small team of 4–6 members of staff.
* You’ll be committed to delivering an excellent customer experience.
* You'll work up to 36 hours per week.
* You’ll explain technical equipment in an understandable manner.
* You’ll offer honest advice and build rapport with customers.
* You’ll aim to exceed customer expectations and reassure them when they are overwhelmed by choices.
* You’ll work diligently as part of the team to achieve challenging sales targets.
What you’ll need - skills and experience:
* Previous experience in selling technical products to customers.
* Experience in a retail customer service environment.
* Experience dealing with customers.
* Practical knowledge of some or all of our product range.
* Strong accuracy and numeracy skills.
* Basic computer literacy.
* Self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
