We're looking for a specialist Event & Activations Manager to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is all about external activations, shaping launches, campaigns, and consumer events that showcase our brand and connect us with our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver brand activations and events supporting internal teams on creating experiences that enhance our brand reputation and customer relationships
* Work with internal marketing and PR teams, Exec and Senior Leaders to shape annual activation and engagement plans
* Oversee logistics: venues, suppliers, production, collateral, and delegate experience.
* Manage budgets up to £600k, ensuring efficiency, ROI, and savings
* Collaborate with agencies, media partners, and influencers on activations
* Negotiate contracts with suppliers and track costs
* Report on event outcomes, performance, and feedback
* Ensure every activation aligns with brand strategy and values
Location: This is a hybrid role based in Nuneaton, with the requirement to be in the office at least two days per week.
The Person:
* Proven experience in brand activations, PR, or marketing events
* Strong track record delivering high-profile external campaigns
* Skilled in stakeholder engagement at senior level
* Commercially aware with strong budget and supplier management skills
* Organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects
* Excellent communicator and collaborator
* Creative thinker who balances ideas with commercial focus
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new tools
