A director-led quantity surveying consultancy in London is seeking a Quantity Surveyor, ideally progressing towards Senior level, to join their hard-working team. The Quantity Surveyor’s role The successful Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for leading 2-3 projects with director support, whilst also undertaking a client facing role on a range of high-end, luxury residential projects, as well as top-tier hotel and private healthcare schemes. Day to day, the successful Quantity Surveyor shall be involved in administering contracts, cost planning, agree variations, monitor cost variance, and negotiate final accounts.
