Senior Account Manager, you will utilize your client relationship skills and HR/Talent Assessments experience to build customer relationships and develop new revenue opportunities. Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic client accounts, building relationships with
C-level
and HR management, and staying informed of business and talent needs. Define suitable product offerings to meet customer needs, optimizing talent assessment and management activities, and delivering sales presentations. Drive sales to completion by overcoming roadblocks. Collaborate with internal teams to successfully deliver projects. Develop strategic account plans, forecast future sales, and report accordingly. What we are looking for:
Proven
SaaS solution sales
experience, ideally from consulting or business services backgrounds. Experience in a
Business-to-Business (B2B)
environment. Experience working with enterprise customers. Desirable: Experience selling to HR and/or C-level executives. HCM experience. HR qualification or related business discipline. The candidate must have the right to work in the UK. Get in touch:
