What we’re looking for:
We welcome applications from candidates who have:
A NEBOSH General Certificate
Experience in a Manufacturing, Packaging, FMCG, Logistics, or Warehousing environment
A proactive mindset and ambition to grow and develop within the Health and Safety field As Health and Safety Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Leading and implementing a proactive HSE strategy across multiple sites
Acting as a key member of the senior leadership team to drive the overall safety vision
Coaching and mentoring teams to embed a culture of best safety practices
Reviewing, developing, and implementing policies and procedures to elevate safety performance from good to excellent
Managing accident investigations and identifying actions to prevent recurrence
