Job Description
We are currently seeking a Finance Assistant to join our dynamic team in our Belfast office. This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week in the office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within an interesting and varied company, who offer a busy yet friendly place of work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accounts Payable
* Purchase Order reviews
* Dealing with Supplier Queries
* Ad-hoc reporting
* Supplier Statement reconciliation
* Sales invoicing
* Balance Sheet Reconciliations
* Other ad-hoc duties
Qualifications
* Previous experience in finance or accounting roles is desirable.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
* Proficiency in relevant accounting software.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week in our Belfast office.
