Base pay range
Support Worker - £13.10 per hour
Contract: Full time - 36hrs or 48hrs p/w available
Working Hours: Days - 12hr shifts (07:45-20:15) includes alternative weekends.

About The Service
Mill River Lodge care home, located in Horsham, West Sussex, offers 70 spacious en-suite bedrooms across 7 self-contained wings, each with its own lounge and dining areas, staffed by dedicated professionals. Our highest priority is individual care.
About The Role
We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Mill River Lodge. You will be dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our residents by providing physical and emotional support, assisting with daily activities, and promoting independence.
No previous experience or qualifications are required, as we provide comprehensive training and development opportunities, including leadership programs.
