A main UK dealer, specialising in Heavy Plant, is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to cover the South of the UK. The opportunity is ideal for an individual with strong experience within the Heavy Plant sector and proven managerial experience of a high‑performing sales team in a business specialising in Heavy Plant/Construction.

Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and manage a high‑performing sales team
* Identify new business opportunities
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and expand market presence
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders within the region
* Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to senior management
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably within the construction or heavy machinery industry
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
* Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and results‑oriented mindset
* Ability to travel as needed within the designated region
