Our client is looking for an Immediately Available Motor Claims Handler for a fully remote temporary UK role.
You will need:
* Proven experience managing motor claims, including repair, capture, intervention, third-party, and property damage.
* Knowledge of MOJ and OIC processes.
* Strong background in credit hire negotiations.
* Ability to manage claims end-to-end ("cradle to grave") with attention to detail and service excellence.
* High standard of customer service and stakeholder engagement.
* Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, able to work effectively to system-driven SLAs and workflows.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in motor claims (commercial or personal).
* Experience in fraud investigation within the motor sector.
* Expertise in credit hire negotiation.
* Ability to manage delegated authority and align with client philosophies.
* Cert CII qualification.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make sound decisions in line with policies and procedures.
