About The Creator Accelerator:
The Creator Accelerator (TCA) is one of the most commercially effective education businesses in the creator space, and were not shy about that.
Founded by Chris Donnelly and Josh Sanders, TCA helps founders and business owners build personal brands primarily on LinkedIn that generate real business outcomes like leads, revenue, and opportunities that compound over time.
We run a lean, high-output operation, and the team is small on purpose. Everyone here is obsessed with quality, moves quickly, and takes full ownership of their work.
If you want to learn from some of the most experienced people working in the business education and personal branding space right now, and you want to do it inside a business where your contribution is visible, valued, and consequential, this is the opportunity for you.
The Role
This is a hands‑on marketing manager position, reporting directly to the co‑founder. You will be responsible for creating the marketing assets that move people through the Creator Accelerator ecosystem, from the first impression to the eventual application.
You will work across lead generation, email marketing, landing page copy, and webinar content. The pace is fast, the standards are high, and no two weeks look the same.
What You’ll Own
* Lead Magnet Creation: Research, plan, and produce high‑value lead magnet resources that attract the right audience, specifically founders and business owners who want to grow on LinkedIn. This means understanding what our ICP actually needs.
* Landing Page Copy: Write ICP‑specific landing page copy that converts. You will need to understand the importance of converting copy and every page you write should make the right person feel immediately understood.
* Webinar and Pitch Deck Briefing: Work closely with Josh and the team to brief and produce pitch decks and presentation materials for webinars. This involves understanding the narrative arc of each event and making sure every asset supports it clearly.
* Email Nurture Copy: Write email sequences that educate, build trust, and move leads closer to a decision. You will work across multiple audience segments, including waitlist members, post‑webinar leads, and past applicants, and you will tailor the messaging accordingly for each group.
* General Marketing Execution: Support the broader marketing function as campaigns evolve. This is a growing business and priorities shift, so you should be comfortable picking up new projects, adapting quickly, and delivering to a high standard even when the brief is not perfectly defined from the outset.
* Building out TCA Brand: Supporting the growth of the TCA brand across different platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram and Newsletter.
A Day in the Life:
Morning: Review campaign performance, check email metrics, and flag anything that needs attention. Align with the team on what is shipping that day and what needs to move forward.
Late Morning: Deep work. Writing a lead magnet, drafting a nurture sequence, or shaping landing page copy for an upcoming launch. This is where most of your value gets created, through focused, high‑quality output that is ready to publish.
Afternoon: Collaborative work. Briefing webinar decks with Josh, reviewing copy drafts, refining messaging based on feedback, or coordinating assets for an upcoming campaign.
Late Afternoon: Performance review. What is converting, what is not, and what needs to change. You do not just track numbers here; you make sense of them and act on what they tell you.
End of Day: Make sure everything in the pipeline is in order and nothing important is falling through the cracks.
What We’re Looking For:
* 1 to 2 years of marketing experience, ideally working across content, email, and copywriting. We care more about the quality of what you have produced than the size of the company you produced it at.
* Strong writing ability: This is a writing‑heavy role and you will be producing copy every single day. If you find writing laborious or inconsistent, this is not the right fit. We need someone who can work quickly and produce work that is genuinely sharp without needing five rounds of edits to get there.
* Platform familiarity: You should have working knowledge of CRM and marketing tools including Kit (ConvertKit), Go High Level, Figma, Zoom, Zapier, and LinkedIn. You do not need to be an expert in all of them from day one, but you should be comfortable learning quickly and getting up to speed without much support.
* A genuine interest in the creator and business content space: You should already be paying attention to what is working on LinkedIn, what the best creators and founders are doing with their content, and where the space is heading. This should be something you find genuinely interesting, not something you are learning from scratch after you join.
* A hard‑working, self‑directed mindset: We do not micromanage here. You will be expected to take a brief and run with it, raise your hand when something is unclear, and hold yourself to a high standard without being chased. If you need a lot of structure to stay productive, this is probably not the right environment for you.
* Commercial awareness: Every piece of copy you write is connected to a business outcome, and you need to understand that, care about it, and make decisions accordingly rather than producing content for the sake of it.
What You’ll Learn:
Working here gives you access to a level of knowledge that most marketers do not encounter until much later in their careers, if at all.
You will learn how world‑class email marketing is built and sequenced. You will understand what makes landing page copy convert at a high level. You will see exactly how a lean team generates serious revenue through education and content. And you will work alongside people who are widely considered among the best in the creator education space.
The learning curve is steep, and that is intentional. We hire people we believe in and give them the room to develop fast.
KPIs:
The key metrics you will own include lead magnet conversion rates, email open and click‑through rates, landing page conversion performance, and the overall quality and consistency of marketing output across campaigns.
£35,000 to £40,000, depending on experience, with clear progression opportunities as the business grows and scales.
Location
Two days per week in our London Bridge office, with flexibility on the remaining days.
Perks and Benefits
* Direct access to the co‑founder: You will work closely with Josh and the leadership team from day one, without being filtered through layers of management.
* Real progression: As TCA grows, this role grows with it. We are not hiring someone to maintain the status quo; we are hiring someone who wants to help build something worth being a part of.
* Exposure to the best in the industry: You will be operating inside a business that works with leading founders, coaches, and creators, and learning from all of them throughout the process.
* A culture built on trust: We work hard here, but we are not interested in burning people out. You will be supported, challenged, and given genuine responsibility from early on.
How to Apply:
Send your application to Josh@chris-donnelly.co.uk with the subject line "Marketing Manager Application - [Your Name]".
Include your CV, a short cover letter telling us why this role makes sense for you right now, and any work you are proud of, whether that is campaigns, copy, lead magnets, email sequences, or anything else that gives us a clear picture of what you can actually do.
We are not running a lengthy recruitment process. If you are the right person, we will know quickly, and we would rather move fast than lose someone good to a slow and drawn‑out process.
If you do not tick every box but you know this is the environment you want to be in, apply anyway. Energy, taste, and the right attitude matter a great deal here.
