They are expanding and seek a Head of Promotions to drive the strategic and financial success of their event portfolio, ensuring profitability, relevance, and demand.
The Role: Head of Promotions
This role involves overseeing a diverse portfolio of ticketed events, leading teams of promoters to grow revenue, audience, and brand presence. It requires expertise in event curation, ticketing, pricing, sponsorship, and multi-market expansion.
Experience:
* 10+ years in live event promotions, talent booking, or ticketing, with a proven record of profitably scaling events.
* Experience managing multi-city or international event portfolios.
* Ability to lead data-driven ticketing and pricing strategies.
* Strong relationships with talent agencies, ticketing platforms, and brands.
* Leadership in managing high-performing teams across locations.
* Financial acumen including P&L management and revenue optimization.
* Experience with major promoters like Live Nation, AEG, or leading independents.
* Knowledge of sponsorship integration and brand activations.
* Experience expanding brands into new markets or launching festivals.
* Familiarity with global music trends and audience behaviors.

2. Ticketing & Pricing Strategy
* Creating dynamic pricing models and managing P&L.
* Collaborating with ticketing platforms to optimize sales.
* Using sales data for real-time pricing adjustments.
3. Commercial & Sponsorship Integration
* Working with sponsorship teams to embed activations.
* Securing long-term commercial partnerships.
* Developing marketing strategies aligned with ticketing and sponsorship goals.
4. Team Leadership & Industry Presence
* Managing promoter teams and setting performance goals.
* Mentoring future leaders and fostering innovation.
* Representing the company at industry events and panels.
