All these fantastic and exciting initiatives require the expertise and commitment of dedicated staff and Trinity Sixth Form Academy now wishes to expand our admin team as our academy numbers grow and appoint a General Administrator with Lead Role to join our team.
You will lead and support on key activities such as Events, Attendance and other activities linked to the academic year; work with senior leaders to understand the requirements and co-ordinate the planning to ensure they run smoothly, as well as providing a professional, efficient and effective service, delivering a high-quality administrative/ clerical service for teaching colleagues and associate staff.
What are we looking for?
• 4 or more GCSE’s at Grade 5/C (or equivalent) including Maths and English
• Experience in a similar office or administrative role
• Experience of note taking and arranging meetings
• Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively to a range of audiences (internal and external)
• Excellent IT skills
• A team player with the ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines.
