Description: We are excited to announce an incredible opportunity for a highly skilled specialist to join our Operations team as a Lead Critical Facilities Engineer (CFE Level VI). This Monday - Friday, day-time role is perfect for someone eager to contribute to the development of innovative concepts and techniques within our Data Centres. As an ambassador for your site and the Campus, you will proactively engage with all levels of UK and Global stakeholders to continuously improve our critical facility operational performance and customer experience.

Role Scope:
* Management Structure & People Management: Supports IBX manager and site supervisors in daily operations and coordination. Acts as second port of call when IBX manager or supervisor is unavailable.
Site Operations & Project Involvement: Involved in site phase build activities, switching schedules, project planning, vendor liaising, and coordinating project timelines.
* Responsible for writing, planning, and scheduling major project work.
* Liaises with vendors and ensures customer notifications are issued.
Customer Interaction: Acts as customer-facing representative, participates in Customer MBRs and key meetings, and acts as an escalation point during incidents.
* Provides technical support during incidents, directs team responses, and collaborates closely with supervisors & IBX Manager.
Incident Management: Supports incident response, troubleshooting, and team support across all levels.
* Acts as technical support for the team from apprentices to senior roles.
Additional Responsibilities: Supports hiring as a technical assessor, provides broad team support, and is recognized for technical value across multiple levels.
Who You Are: Proven technical leadership during incidents, strong organizational skills, collaborative, customer-focused, adaptable, and solutions-oriented.
