Payroll Administrator Contract: 3-month temporary Annual Salary: £28k - £30k Location: Croydon We are seeking an immediately available Payroll Administrator to join our team on a 3-month contract basis. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, efficient, and experienced in handling payroll processes. Day-to-day of the role: Processing payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, taxes, and other deductions. Ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates. Preparing and maintaining accurate records and reports of payroll transactions. Identifying and resolving payroll discrepancies and irregularities. Engaging in payroll analysis to ensure all payroll procedures are in compliance and operational needs are met. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role. Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to handle confidential information. Strong organisational and time management skills.
