Executive Assistant – Redcar
NRL are proud to be supporting our Main EPC Client in their search for an Executive Assistant to support their Senior Leadership Team in a fast-paced construction environment, working on the prestigious Net Zero Project Teesside.
What You’ll Do:
* Manage calendars, meetings, and agendas
* Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers
* Track project milestones and maintain documentation
* Organise travel, site visits, and events
* Support budgets, expenses, and procurement
* Prepare reports and info for decision-making
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry standards
What We’re Looking For:
* Executive-level admin experience (construction, engineering, or energy projects preferred)
* Strong organisation, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication with multiple stakeholders
* Confident in Microsoft Office and project management tools
* Discreet, proactive, and able to work under pressure
* Knowledge of construction/site operations is a bonus
