Interim Finance Director - £450 - £470 pd
1. Based in Plymouth (2-3 days onsite)
2. £450 - £470 pd (umbrella)

4. Part-time considered (3 days minimum - but will mean a lengthier contract to complete the work)
Robert Half are working with a rapidly growing business (£30mil t/o) who have made a number of acquisitions in the last year - and therefore the CFO is in need of some extra support to focus solely on one of their newly acquired businesses (c.£5mil t/o).
The Interim Finance Director will be required to review, improve and implement financial new financial processes - as well as advising the CFO on what aspects can be moved to the SSC. There are number of key projects to look at:
5. Taking ownership of monthly reporting and improve its accuracy
6. Introduce and develop KPI's and Management Information
7. Implement a monthly revenue tracking process
8. Review and improve: Tax complianceBilling processVAT returns processPurchase OrdersApprovals policiesBalance sheet reconciliation
