With 70% growth last year the agency is growing at a rapid rate but we’re only just getting started… In 2025 we have ambitious plans for our agency and to truly become the stand-out social agency in the UK, the US and beyond.

About the role:
We're seeking a creative and driven individual with a strong background in video content creation. The ideal candidate will be full of innovative ideas and possess a deep understanding of TikTok, with hands-on experience in producing engaging content for the platform. You'll collaborate closely with our team to develop compelling content across a variety of brands, ensuring each piece resonates with its intended audience.
The job
* Ideation & Strategy: Generating innovative content ideas that align with client objectives and resonate with TikTok audiences.
* Client Presentations: Crafting compelling presentations using Google Slides or PowerPoint to pitch concepts and demonstrate how ideas will be brought to life.
* Pre-Production Planning: Assisting in the creation of essential pre-production materials, including storyboards, shot lists, and influencer briefs, to ensure smooth content execution.
* Trend Analysis: Staying up-to-date with TikTok trends and platform features to inform content strategies and maintain relevance.
* Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and production, to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
What we are looking for
* Proven experience in creating and managing TikTok content, with a portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
* Strong storytelling skills and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual content.
* Proficiency in presentation tools like Google Slides and PowerPoint.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail in pre-production planning.
* Ability to adapt quickly to changing trends and client needs.
