Hire Controller
Location: Poole
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 07:30 – 17:00 (42 hours per week)
Roles & Responsibilities
Based in the depot, the Hire Controller is a vital part of operations on the front line of sales and customer service. The role involves coordinating the entire hire process from taking the order through to delivery and collection, liaising with every part of the depot to ensure the needs of the customer are met and they are satisfied with our service.
On a day‑to‑day basis, the hire controller will be desk‑based, working directly with the other departments, liaising regularly with stock teams, drivers and engineers to ensure minimal delay in fulfilling the needs of the customer with readily available equipment and close contact.

* Previous experience working within the hire industry or a similar sales or operational role
