Role: Solar Field Service Engineer
Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 + package
Location: Crewe or Plymouth

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team of one of the largest and fastest-growing solar energy developers globally.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Carry out both preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical components, including inverters and solar modules.
2. Deliver electrical maintenance services across a regional portfolio of solar farms.
3. Coordinate and manage relationships with local subcontractors.
4. Consistently follow HSE procedures and contribute to ongoing risk assessments.
What We're Looking For:
5. Electrically competent, with hands-on experience.
6. Ideally holds a recognised qualification such as City & Guilds 2382-18 (18th Edition).
7. Previous experience with industrial PV installation or maintenance is highly desirable.
8. Full, clean driving licence required.
9. Strong team player with good communication skills.
