Senior IT Support Analyst at Plentific


Overview

Plentific is looking for a Senior IT Support Analyst who will help to keep the company running. In this role, you will play an important part in helping to keep our employees from around the world productive. You will gain experience solving a range of problems across a broad technical ecosystem. You will help Plentific operations evolve at scale and with business needs, providing front-line user support for internal tools and technologies. You will contribute to initiatives including updating tools, process improvements, and documentation efforts that help support our staff. A hunger to learn, proactivity, and a commitment to making IT the best it can be for our employees are essential.


Responsibilities

* Respond to inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues
* Support use of business operational systems including Apple, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Okta, Jira, Confluence (Atlassian)
* Manage Mac, Windows and Linux endpoints through global MDM solutions
* Own asset management and keep hardware and software inventory up to date
* Proactively identify and address technical issues across the company
* Own IT onboarding and training curriculum
* Design, update, and maintain IT documentation
* Support endpoint security measures including antivirus, encryption, and mobile device management


Requirements and Experience

* 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced, cutting-edge IT environment as an administrator or helpdesk agent
* Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS; knowledge of Linux is desirable
* Experience handling onsite AV systems
* Experience with ITSM tools (Freshservice is used)
* Proven ability to manage complex troubleshooting and incident response
* Experience with Google Workspace, Okta, MDM software and Atlassian (Confluence and Jira Software)
* Empathetic and relational attitude with strong customer service focus
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
