Duties of a Bodyshop Receptionist:
* Welcome and assist customers both face-to-face and over the phone in a courteous and professional manner as a Bodyshop Receptionist
* Manage incoming repair jobs, liaising with insurance partners and updating customers throughout the process
* Schedule repairs, bookings, and recovery for non-driveable vehicles to ensure an efficient workflow
* Organise vehicle collections and deliveries with onsite drivers
* Maintain accurate records using Autoflow or similar workshop management software
* Monitor customer satisfaction levels and handle any customer queries promptly
* Coordinate courtesy car allocations to enhance the customer experience
* Communicate effectively with insurance companies to uphold high CSI standards
Requirements of a Bodyshop Receptionist:
* Proven experience as a Service Advisor, Bodyshop Receptionist, or in a similar customer-facing role within the automotive industry
* Knowledge of workshop management software such as Autoflow
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Strong customer service ethic and professional demeanor
* Ability to operate efficiently in a busy and fast-paced environment
* A proactive approach and team player mindset
