We're looking for experienced Multi-Trades Operatives - skilled in carpentry, plumbing, and general maintenance ( multi trader), to deliver top-quality repairs and maintenance services across our clients voids housing portfolio. You'll be part of a dedicated team, helping residents by getting the job done right the first time - with professionalism, pride, and a smile.
🔧 What You'll Do
Carry out high-quality repairs and maintenance - from carpentry to plumbing and masonry.
Work safely and efficiently to building standards and best practice.
Use your smartphone/tablet to record jobs and keep things moving smoothly.
Be part of an out-of-hours rota (with extra pay).
Keep your van stocked, clean, and ready for action.
🧰 What You'll Bring
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent experience.
Confidence working across multiple trades except Electric and Gas.
A clean driving licence.
A great attitude and commitment to outstanding customer service.
